NEW BLOG POST ALERT!
Yes it’s me with crumpled bedding again and I’m definitely not sorry! There’s not enough time in the world to iron bedding.
This is the background to all the video calls I’ve had this week as I started a new job on Monday after a year out of work (Covid has been a bugger for the job search particularly in my area of expertise!). So I started a new job in my usual kind of role but in a completely different business and my head is about ready to explode with new info.
NEW BLOG POST ALERT!
Probably committing another cardinal insta sin here - Yes it’s a Work in progress photo. THE wallpaper has gone. After four years it was starting to lift and after the last year spending so much time at home I’ve decided I want to simplify. So I’ve got some pale, neutral paint and I’m looking forward to a decluttered feel in here. This is the bare wall and I left it a week just to see how I liked the pale feel. And we both like it. So I shall start painting today and see how we get on.
This spot is going to be getting a mini makeover. Being as I’ve accepted a job offer I’d better make sure my work from home space is properly functional. Got a different chair in here, a new desk is on order and I’ve got a monitor to go on the desk. One more week of leisure left. And now the panic of “I didn’t decorate the front room” 🤣 oh well it’ll get done when it gets done!
